Relaxation Meditation

Meditation is a great way to relax.
There has been so much scientific research done
on how it changes your brainwaves and
allows you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Below you will find a relaxation meditation
that is great for relieving stress.

Enjoy it. Please be sure to listen to it seated
or lying down in a comfortable position.
Never use meditations while you are driving
or operating any other kind of machinery.
I know it sounds silly to have to say that
but you’d be surprised how many people
do just that and then end up creating even
more stress!!

The Happiness & Gratitude Connection

Deep down all we ever want is to be happy.

Appreciating what we do have is one of the keys to happiness and allowing your life to be the Masterpiece it was created to be.

Does this mean that you are always happy? No. But, more importantly it means that you  have the key to finding  happiness when you are feeling lost. It means that in any situation you can start to list the things that you appreciate and are grateful for. It will shift how you feel. Try it. Take a minute and say out loud or write down 10 things that you appreciate in your life right now. Notice how you feel when you look over your list. Then take a couple of deep breaths and notice how you feel again. Are you a little more peaceful? Are you a little less stressed? Are you a little less anxious? Do you feel more relaxed? If you are, then know that you are accessing the happiness within you. The beauty is, it’s always there for you to access when you are ready to open to it.  Try it. It works for me every time and I know it will work for you.
