Question: How would you explain soul?

Franco: The soul is actually our higher self that has
chosen to experience itself in a multitude of fragments.
What the soul does is it actually records the experience
through those fragments.

Each human being on the planet is basically a soul.
There are beings on other planets that are souls also,
and they’re just having a different experience in a
different playground. This is basically a school and a playground.

As a soul, to add an extra pull to it, the soul has actually split
allowing two halves to go out and play. This is one of the reasons
that the soul is always looking for their other half, there’s that pull
to meet and look for that soul mate or in essence be a twin soul.

That doesn’t happen until way later into your evolutionary cycle,
but that magnetic pull or whatever you want to call it, that energetic
pull is there, because it’s always looking for itself.

Back to the soul part of it, it’s a recording – I can’t say device but its
part of the higher self that has fragmented and it has chosen to
experience these fragments and record each aspect of it.

To give you an analogy, each of the souls is like a computer and
the computer is all connected to a collective soul which is our
collective soul of the planet which plays the part of the server.

Each fragment on this planet is connected to the collective soul
of the planet Earth and that is connected to the cluster of planets,
and so on. I won’t go much deeper than that because then we’re
really stretching the realm here.

ML: If we’re explaining soul…

• What would you explain as ego?

Franco: The ego is actually a human software program.
Of course, we have a physicality and a computer. The ego
actually is a software program that gives us the density
of this human experience.

The program of the ego was designed so that we could
actually experience a physicality with all the sensory
experiences, and also a program that actually has its
own evolutionary process within each lifetime only,
as a separate identity.

What the ego does is it takes on identity and the body and
the soul actually uses that as a passage to go through.
It knows itself through that. The physicality itself that it
takes on now takes on that identity, being Bob, Bill,
John,  Mary or whatever.

It has the association of what role it plays on the part,
meaning it’s male or female, or also the roles that are
being played where culture comes through and others.
It’s a software program in a sense that gives us this
experience on the planet.

The ego is something that you only have while you’re on
the planet itself. Each lifetime you come here you bring in
a new ego. You reload up with the software, and the software
is on an evolutionary process.

We can get a little more detailed on how the ego has evolved
on itself, but we might want to leave it for another time because
it might get a little lengthy here.

ML: We’ll leave it for the program.

Franco: It does have multi-layers, and it has evolved. What I
can share when we have a little more time to play is how it actually
affects us, how it works, how we can understand it and also to see
how it interacts within itself and how we can get it to spawn out into
different experiences.

It’s good to have that knowledge so you can actually gain some mastery
at it. We’re at that point where humanity is ready for that.

Question: Can you explain veils and then programming to people?

Franco: Veils are layers and layers of programming that exist.

Those veils are made up of belief systems and structure.
They extend back as deep as your DNA. What that does is
basically those veils block the view of your source, of who you are.

For example, some people talk about reaching your light or
engaging light within you, the energy or the source.

It’s always there, the veils are actually just all those layers
of programming and belief systems and so forth that we’ve inherited.
We’ve chosen to have those experiences and use them, but
they actually block us to be able to see.

As the veils dissolve, as we start letting go of old programming
and belief systems and so forth, we actually start to see more
and more the brilliance that we are, and we get to know more
and more who we are at the source level, seeing way beyond
what the physicality is.

The physicality is just a package, the brain is different than a
computer, the soul is who you truly are, but the soul actually
plays the part of recording all of our experiences, so the
soul/higher self is all one.

That’s that.

ML: It was good. Sometimes we tend to use words that to some
people they may not have heard it before or to some people
they’ve heard it but they don’t quite understand.

We talk about lifting the veils and sometimes that can become a
cliché as opposed to really knowing what the veil is.

Explained as a level of programming or a layer of belief I think
adds a lot of clarity to people in realizing we always have these
built in beliefs. If we can lift the beliefs and the programming
then we are freer to experience the source that we are.

Franco: Just one more bit of clarification. Each time we
choose to reincarnate and come onto the planet, we do choose
the path that we want to take. That includes the family and all
the souls we’re going to play with.

Before we come here  we don’t have an ego program, we don’t
have a human program, and we actually have just the soul recognition.
That soul recognition, because it doesn’t have full enlightenment – meaning
it doesn’t have full access to the brilliance that it is -  at that point is still
limited to some degree, but again it’s not limited by the ego programming.

As it chooses to come to the planet basically as it leaves – I’m
just using analogies here to explain it because words are
sometimes limited – but as we choose to come here onto the
planet, the soul is actually exposed to the collective consciousness.

Therefore, it actually picks up the program of the collective
consciousness and then it goes through the family structure,
which picks up the DNA or the programming of the family
structure, and from there it has another layer of programming
that it receives through the growth process where it observes,
and then education adds another layer.

Then the experience of the world, which is again a reflection of
everybody else playing out. There are layers and layers of programming
that each soul experiences to give them the human experience at that level.

Question: Why is there so much confusion right now
happening on the planet and in people’s lives?

Franco: I can say one thing, that confusion is actually
a good thing. In saying that, if we allowed the confusion to
actually stop us from getting into a stuck state, it’s still an
experience, but we choose not to be stuck there in that position
where we are so confused we don’t know what to do next.

The first step of confusion is a conflict.

It’s a conflict within the ego mind and the fact that it’s being
exposed to a higher level source, which is your higher self.
The higher source is always communicating to all of us.
As the veils and as we go through the evolutionary cycle
or the enlightenment cycle we tend to get more and more
connected and allow that clarity voice to come through.

It also gets us to modify and adjust the consciousness to a
point where we’re actually going to another level. Of course,
the ego programming, as powerful as it has become and so
evolved, I mean we can get into the details of that and we
might just play with it a bit.

Because the ego structure has gone to the point where it has
pretty well controlled our whole experience on the planet,
it’s a program that’s really not ready to let go that easily.

As that new information and new vibration and energy is
coming through us and clashing, it does cause confusion.
The other part of the confusion also lies in the fact that there
is a lot of information and the fact that humanity is going
through – what can we call it – a stirring up of old traumas,
old programs, belief systems, situations that we thought we’d
completed or taken care of, or that we’ve experienced in this lifetime.

A lot of times our soul carries with it unfinished business from
past lives. Because of this new vibration we’re experiencing on the
planet, everything is increasing at a rapid rate, because we are
going through a shift.

The shift is that we are coming to the end of one cycle and we’re
starting into a new cycle. The new cycle which gets to start after 2012,
will not support most of the way we’ve been doing and the way
we’ve been operating in our minds and in our experience.

We’re going into a state where there is more oneness, there’s a
reconnection between one another, a reconnection to the animal
kingdom and a reconnection to the planet.

In doing so it actually changes our whole experience and the
whole idea of separation, the idea of us being in survival mode
or playing with fear which uses all types of scenarios will start to dissolve.

If you look at what’s happening on the planet we have such ingrained
structures right now with all layers, we’re talking all structures – financial
structures, religious structures, governmental structures, we have the
medical and all the other different structures and also what we
perceive as a way of life.

This is something that the collective consciousness and also the
individual consciousness, at the ego level, is holding onto as
this is the only way there is and this energy shift that we’re going
to and this end of the cycle will terminate most of that.

As it’s doing so, the clarity is not coming through yet what
the next step is for most people and their minds go into a panic
and try to hang onto everything and see the change instead
of seeing the change as something positive and progressive,
it sees change as a threat.

It not only sees it as a threat, it’s like we can’t survive without
having this structure. When you actually look at people’s lives
and tune into their lives or actually just observe most people
can’t find any peace regardless.

With this going on it’s actually bringing up stuff. This is where
we’re talking about letting go of old belief systems and programs
and so forth, and starting to go with the flow.

Meaning you just see things as they unfold, observe your ego mind
and how it works and the programs, letting them go bit by bit and
in doing so it opens you up completely and your whole
experience changes.

Question:  Who are you and why are you here?

Franco:  I’ve come here specifically for a purpose, but just to give
you a little background basically I’m a soul that has been
on this planet for many lifetimes. I went through the whole
reincarnation process until I completed my evolutionary cycle.

Meaning I’ve reached a level of enlightenment and no longer
need to be on this realm and this planet. That was some 200
years ago when I completed my cycles, and shortly after that I
spent some 150 years approximately traveling.

Just to give you an analogy to connect with, it’s like a student
that goes through grade school then high school and then
graduates at university and at that point feels they’re free,
they’re out of the system so now they have full control of their life.

It kind of felt that way when I finished my incarnation processes
here and completed my cycles. At that point, some students take
trips and they go abroad or travel within the states and so forth,
and in my case, I traveled inter-dimensionally.

I spent time going from dimension to dimension, never really
establishing anywhere or taking on another, physicality but
just gaining experience and waiting.

Like any other person that graduates school they sometimes
have this inclination to say I’d like to go back and teach or
assist, so they would come back to the school environment
and assist. This is what I’ve done.

I’ve come back to the Earth plane to assist humanity through
the shift. Because I was monitoring the planet and what was
going on, I knew that the time was coming up that we would
be going through the completion of one cycle and the start
of another cycle, which would bring up a tremendous growth
spurt and also a major change in the planet.

Any time there is a major change on the planet there’s
always some type of guidance and leadership of some sort
required, so that’s what I’m doing here.
I’ve come back and have spent my time doing that.

When I returned here, , having so many lives – and I
better add another mix to it, since we are partial souls and
we’re going through evolutionary cycles or through an
enlightenment cycles, when the two halves are completed
you become one again and that was one of the processes,
I went through sometime later after I had left the planet.

My return here to re-establish myself and to really
understand the human experience and condition here,
I did choose to come back in a human body and also take
on a simulated ego program and so forth, so I can actually
have the human experience.

When I did arrive here I, selected a family structure
that would give me a nice experience of density of
some sort, where it allowed me to really understand
humanity again. I came through an Italian family with
very religious background, but when I did return I had
most of the consciousness with me, so it was quite a
re-establishing of myself while I was here.

Here I was coming back to almost Kindergarten again in a
sense,  just to give you an analogy there, and it was a challenge
to get back into it. Part of the agreement I had made with myself
when I chose to come here was that to really get into the
human experience that I would lose 80% of the memory
of all the lives and also the consciousness that I had here
before arriving.

In that way, I was able to maintain a certain level of
consciousness but at the same time, experience the human
condition, the human experience.  At that point, it was the
regular route you go to school, grow up. As you do that you
go into the workforce and through the workforce I had
started a company, which led to two.

At that point, it really allowed me to understand the business
world, to understand what was going on within different
departments of the government and within the corporate structures.

That experience has allowed me to really have a good
appreciation of how things work. As things went along the way,
I also married and had children, which was quite an experience,
because at that point, I also selected a tight structure there to
experience what you can call density or somewhat of a less
evolved consciousness.

That went on for about 25 years before I came about to
actually experience a different aspect of humanity and
then I met the partner I am with right now.

That led to actually a very intimate observation of a rapid
evolutionary cycle to an individual. To be personally watching
it in a very personal and close way as I supported the shift for
her. She’s still going through the shift, which has allowed
me to really see, even though I took on a simulated ego
structure and a human consciousness, it was not the same
density and caliber as other humans on the planet.

That allowed me to have what I can call a very rounded
experience. Here I am, now the planet is at a point where
the shift has gone to a point where people are much more
open and ready, so I’ve allowed myself to make myself
known and assist alongside humanity.

I’m not here to be some leader or anything, but to walk
alongside humanity so that we can all move forward.
It’s very important for what we’re doing here on the planet,
because the more souls that reconnect with themselves and
move forward, the quicker we make the shift in the planet.

I do carry the view and the program of the new world and
it is absolutely amazing compared to what we’re experiencing
here. Not to say this is a bad experience, but this is an
experience we’ve had and repeated cycle after cycle for
so long that now at the soul level we’ve agreed to move forward.

We can stay in one playground for a long time and stay and play
with the same toys over and over again, but we have a huge
playground to play with and now we’d like to really expand
and allow ourselves to get to other aspects of our experience,
and reopen ourselves even further, and remember who we truly are.

The information I’ll be sharing this evening is coming from the
source, the source accessibility is the same as everybody else’s
because we’re all one at that source level, I just have a little more
access because of the process I’ve gone through, and I’m here
to share it, to play with it, and to assist humanity.

Hopefully, I didn’t get too carried away.

What is Oneness Consciousness? It goes beyond
your personal and my personal experience.
Oneness Consciousness is the collection of all
that we are. Oneness of all the souls and all
levels of existence.

Imagine a beautiful crystal. It is One. It is
complete. As light shines on it, it fractures
out many beautiful patterns that can be
perceived as unique. Yet, it is all a part of the
Oneness that is the crystal. So too you and
I are one. Our souls are having an individual
experience on this beautiful planet we call Earth.

What is different about Oneness Consciousness
is that it is now taking over the individual soul’s
experience. Why? Because in order to create a
new level of existence that we call the 5th
dimension, this is now needed. That is why
you may be having difficulty manifesting
what you think you desire. If your ego based
desires assist in the growth of YOU – the Soul,
and the Collective Consciousness of All, then
it will manifest. If not then it does not matter
how much you visualize or how many affirmations,
you use it will not manifest.

The game has become much bigger now.
That is why you are feeling a pull and a
yearning that can not be ignored. You
have agreed to this. You are a light
worker. Let go of past examples of how
it was or how it was done. You are no
longer bound by rituals that limit. You can
now access light, energy and information at
a new rate that has not been experienced before.

This is Oneness Consciousness and it is
happening now. You are feeling it and
no changes, no healings are taking place
unless it assist the whole – the Oneness
that we all are.

For me, my days have been filled with
my children being home from school and
spending time with family. We are enjoying
each other and the richness that friends
and family bring to the experience of life.

I hope your days are also being filled with
simpler and less stressful activities. My friend

So then, if changing your life is the key to change the
world then how do you start? There are many gurus
and self-help books out there with wonderful
information to assist you. On this site you will find
some of the experts that I have had the pleasure of
working with. Some parts of their teachings you may
agree with and other parts may not resonate with you
at all. That’s as it should be. Each guru and teacher
teaches according to his or her life lessons and
experiences. They too go through their life lessons,
their ups and their downs. The difference is that they
do not stay stuck in one area.

Life is movement. To live is to constantly be learning
and changing. This does not mean that there is anything
wrong with you that needs fixing. You are perfectly
the way you were designed to be. Awareness will come
to you that will bring with it new levels of awakening.
Move with it. Let go of the past that says that something
“needs” to be done “this way” or that “this is how we do it”.

Look to gurus and experts for a possible way.
A way that will assist you (I love short cuts) and
empower you. Ultimately you will find your own
way. It is within you. Look to your life. Go within and
ask your higher self for assistance. Take time to sit
quietly and the answer will come.

There are many “How to change the world” theories.
That too is as it should be for we are all unique in
our expression and in our experiences. Ultimately
there is really only one way and whether you call
it love or whether you choose to call it peace it
is the same thing. When you radiate love, you
radiate peace. Changing the world starts with you
and me. Don’t worry about what is happening
half way around the world. As you change you
ripple out and you change the world.

I’ve come to understand that when someone
says “My body is processing all this” or “I need to
process all this” what you and I really mean to say is,
“I’m scared and I don’t really understand”.
In reality, there is nothing to process. We make this
up. Processing is an old belief system. When someone
is ‘processing” they are usually hiding behind their truth.
They are afraid to come out and say what is really
going on for them.

Think about it. Does energy need to be processed?
Does the Universe need to be processed? Does the
Light that you are need to be processed? – NO!
If that is the truth of who you are – the Universe,
Light, Love – then why the myth that you need to
process?

Processing is a mind function. What you are really saying
is that you need to re-compartmentalize a belief.
There is no “processing” in a healing, in a transformation,
or in a moment of awakening to the power of who you
really are. Love does not require “processing’.
With the shift that we are currently undergoing
there is no time to “process” anyway. The speed of change
has left that belief behind a long time ago.

Instead of “processing” how about something like this:

“Wow, what just happened/what I just heard/what I just
felt completely changes everything I’ve believed up until
now. My mind is doing it’s job of protecting me and I’m feeling
scared and unsure – thank you Mind for doing your job.
I am Light, I am Energy and I am Information.
I move forward easily because I know I am part of
All That Is.”
