Tonight I interview Doug DeVito and
Dr. Gary Schwartz on what science is

By doing all of this I was able to viscerally experience the
aspects of money that were good feeling. I began to see that
focusing on the positive, good feeling side of the subject of
money is just as valid as focusing on the heavy, lack side of it.
We have a choice as to which aspects of money we give our
focus over to and the aspects that we choose are the ones
that will be drawn into our experience.

Unconditional love is being non resistant to what is. Jesus was
a teacher who spoke of loving your enemies. Debt, for example,
is perceived by many as the enemy, and don’t we usually try to
resist our enemies? But to be in a state of unconditional love
concerning debt you can’t be pushing against it. I, myself,
began to appreciate the credit card companies as those who
gave me freedom to buy what I wanted or needed, when
I wanted it. I also appreciated that they gave me unlimited
time to pay in full. With this new attitude, I went from feeling
the burden of debt to feeling enthusiasm to repay them for,
what I felt was, the generosity and freedom they had extended
to me. Beyond that, I took my attention from the subject almost
completely, paying what I decided I would pay monthly and
then not focusing on it any further. I came to understand that
having debt wasn’t a terrible thing after all nor was it a forever
thing. Debt was only an indicator showing me where I had been
putting the majority of my focus and attention concerning money
and lack, it inspired me to choose a new idea and a new focus.

By purposefully shifting my focus and seeing money and debt
through a lens of unconditional love, I was attempting to deliberately
change my vibration around those subjects. Over time my vibration
did, indeed, shift and evidences began to replicate those shifts of vibration.

“The land that you SEE, that will I give to you as an inheritance.
” What do you see?  Look in the direction of love, you’ll see the land
of plenty there, a land where Resource flows freely.
Now that is an inheritance worthy of you!

For the (Unconditional) Love of Money

There is nothing more spiritual than the free flow of Resource
running through our lives and that resource, naturally,
includes money. Most of us, however, tend to build barriers
that hinder that flow from moving freely and continuously
throughout our experience. To remove any barriers and allow
for the flow of  abundance, create an inner environment that is
in harmony with that abundance, one that is free of resistance,
an environment of unconditional love.

Unconditional love is allowing things the freedom to be as they
are with no pushing against, no trying to trying to fix, no trying
to control; love is non resistant. Unconditional love is looking
for the best in, seeing the best of and purposefully placing
your focus there.

For quite some time, the natural flow of money was blocked
within my experience so I decided that I would extend
unconditional love to the idea of money itself.  I began to look
for the best in and see the best of money. I practised
appreciating money; I appreciated its ascetic beauty,
I thought about the fun it inspires and the freedom it allows.
I even started having fun with the idea of money.

Inspired by a picture I saw, I imagined wrapping bundles
of money in brightly coloured bows and giving them to
friends – oh the whimsey of it all! I would purposely
reactivate feelings of plenty by remembering particular
times that I had spent money on things that I wanted,
not concerning myself with the price. I began to, mentally,
face in the direction of plenty of money and speak in the
direction of plenty money.

I learnt to tell the, sometimes subtle, difference between when
I was thinking of money from a place of lack or from a place
of possibility. I set out to achieve a familiarity with feeling
good about money by practising statements I felt no resistance
to, like, “I love to think well of money,” “it feels good to think well of money”,
“I like the idea of money being my friend”, “I want to feel good about
having lots of money”, “I want to feel good about spending money”,
“there is enough for all,” “resources increase in proportion to
the desires set forth.” I participated in talking in light, optimistic
and fun ways about money with people who were on that
wavelength.

Money is a very interesting tool to experience life with.
It is simply energy yet we have all collectively decided
to give so much power. It’s very easy to see how that happens
as we live in a world where money is needed to meet our daily
basic necessities – food, shelter, transportation, clothing, etc.
I believe that it will serve as one of the greatest tools of our
transformations into creating a world of peace and joy.
Not by what money can buy or create – thinking this way
is still of an old paradigm that was co-created a long time ago.

I believe that money is and will be a tool for transformation
because it has us deal with the bigger question of how do we
co-create a world where the basics are covered for all, a world
that allows each individual to share their gifts with others without
fear of being valued or not or considered necessary or not.

I do see a world in my meditations that is very different for our
current reality. When I see this world (and I know many of you
see it as well) it fills me with a peace and joy so
incredible that nothing I feel today can even compare to it.
When I see this world I am at Source with all that is. It feels so
incredible that coming back into this reality is shocking. When I am
there ( in this possible future) I always ask it to show me how I can
assist myself and others to make it our reality. Like most of you I am
very much into “give me everyday practical tools that I can use”.
Sometimes when I am there I get bits of information passed on to me
but mostly what I hear over and over is “All is well, let go”
“Let  go of what?” I ask. I am then shown a majestic tree being blown
in the wind. The branches are bending but nothing breaks.

Money is a tool for our collective transformation not because
of what it can buy or make happen but more because it currently is
keeping the illusion that we are separate alive.  This illusion is what
we all need to wake up from. This programming/illusion that we
are separate. What is currently happening and will happen around money
is just the tool to wake us up. Money will activate different buttons
within each one of us. The faster we clear these “buttons” the sooner
money will have done what it is meant to do and will lose its importance.
Your answer is inside you, my answer is in me and, there are many
teachers and beautiful souls that will guide each one of us along the way.

So for now yes, I still have buttons that money is activating. Some of them
are from this life time; some of them are so very old. We all have them.
Money is simply a program that we accepted into our human brain.
I have accepted it as a tool that shows me what is remaining to be cleared.
In identifying and clearing the old paradigm of beliefs, I meet guides
along the way that make the process more interesting.

What I know is that we are transforming our world, daily.
I love you and I thank you for being here.

Steps in the core belief process

1. Think of a particular problem, situation,
or area of your life you want to improve.
Describe it — take two or three minutes to think
about it or talk about it in general.

2. What emotions are you feeling?
Name the specific emotion, such as fear, anger, frustration, guilt, sadness….
(At the risk of making a broad generalization, I have found most women usually
do this very quickly, and sometimes men stumble around in their heads before
they can bring their attention down into their bodies and simply describe their feelings.)
Don’t get into any particular thoughts you’re having about it at this point, just pinpoint
the single word that describes the emotion.

3. What physical sensations are you feeling?
Explore your body, from your toes to the top of your head.
Is there tension somewhere? What’s going on in your stomach?
What is your breathing like?

4. What are you thinking about?
What tapes are running in your head? What conditioning or programming
can you identify? What negative thoughts, fears, or worries are you having?
Take a few minutes to describe your thoughts.

5. What is the worst thing that could happen in this situation?
Ask yourself, “What is my greatest fear in this situation?” If your greatest fear
came true, then what would be the worst thing that could happen?
If that happened, what would be the very worst thing that could possibly happen?

These questions bring your deepest fears to light.

6. What is the best thing that could happen?
What would you like to happen ideally? What is your ideal scene for this area of your life?

You may find this harder to express than your worst fears. If so, your fears may
have been dominating and overwhelming your vision of success. Maybe you have
been focusing more on the half of the glass that is empty than the half that is full in
your life. Keep the best things, the best possibilities, in mind.

7. What fear or limiting belief is keeping you from creating what
you want in this situation?
Once you’ve explored this, write your limiting or negative belief in one
short sentence, as simply and precisely as you can. If you have more than one,
write them all down. Put them in the form of a belief: I believe that I’m
inadequate…. I believe it’s hard to make money…. I believe my life is stressful and unhealthy at times….

8. Create an affirmation to counteract and correct the negative, limiting belief.
It should be short and simple and meaningful to you, in the present tense,
as if it’s already happening. I am enough…. I am now creating abundance
in my life…. I now live and achieve my goals in an easy and relaxed manner, a healthy and positive way….

Your affirmation is the opposite of your core belief, turning a negative,
limiting phrase into a positive, expansive one. Here are some examples:

Limiting belief: I don’t have enough time to do the things I want to do.
Affirmation: In an easy & relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way,
I have plenty of time to do the things I want to do.

Limiting belief:I have to struggle to survive.
Affirmation:I am creating total success in an easy and relaxed manner, a healthy and positive way.

Limiting belief: I’m under a lot of pressure at work; it’s unavoidable in my high-pressure job.
Affirmation: In an easy & relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way,
I now relax and enjoy myself at work, and accomplish everything easily.

Limiting belief: Money corrupts people.
Affirmation: In an easy & relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way,
the more money that comes into my life, the more power I have to do good
for myself, for others, and for the world.

Limiting belief:The world is a dangerous place.
Affirmation: In an easy & relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way,
I now live in a safe, wonderful world.

Limiting belief:It’s so hard to have a loving, ongoing relationship.
Affirmation: I now have a loving, ongoing relationship, in an easy and
relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way.

Limiting belief:I don’t have what it takes to succeed.
Affirmation: I have everything I need to create success as I choose to define it.
Or: I am now creating my success, in an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way.

9. Say or write your affirmation repeatedly, over a period of several days.
Write your affirmation down and put it where you’ll see it often.
Repeat your affirmation silently to yourself, while relaxing.
Picture everything working out exactly as you want it to.

Keep repeating it until you feel you’ve absorbed it as a positive core belief.
If negative thoughts come up, write those thoughts on the back of the paper,
and then keep writing the affirmations on the front until it feels free of any emotional resistance.

That’s the entire core belief process. It has worked magic in my life.

An affirmation for your consideration that I found effective.

In a recent interview with Marc Allen he
talks about dreaming the ideal scene:

“Think of it as something you’re playing with.
It’s not another heavy work obligation you’ll
lay on yourself it’s a wonderful thing to play
with. To me it’s the best use of your time, it’s far
better than watching another rerun of Cheers
on TV or something.

Instead of just kicking back for passive
entertainment, play with possibilities.
A wonderful little trick I discovered about 10 years ago came from
Lynedra Carroll, who is Jewel’s (the singer) mother and former manager.
She wrote a beautiful book that we published called The Architecture
of All Abundance and the single thing she did over and over with Jewel
and in planning and implementing Jewel’s career was she would take a
piece of paper and put what-if at the top.

Then, for any given idea, say we’re looking at our own ideal scene,
for instance or our own dream life, whatever we dream of doing.
If something doesn’t immediately rush to mind, then take another
sheet of paper and put what-if and start brainstorming on many possibilities.

She even encourages people to try to write 12 what-ifs, whether
they’re looking at their career or at a specific problem. I’ve done
this many times but have never gotten more than eight;
I usually get four or five.

She encourages people to do 12 what-ifs and that will really
open your creative brainstorming possibilities, so play with
it and don’t take life so seriously. The truly creative people
I know have a certain child-like playfulness about what they’re
doing and it is a matter of trying to choose and go for that thing you love.

When you do it’s true, fears come in. They say every moment we
have a choice and the choice is between love and fear, which is
another essential thing. Every feeling we have is either based on love or fear
and we can choose to love. Therefore, we can choose to do what we
love or to go for what we love and to play with stuff.

Its worthwhile doing that, so dare to dream, imagine and play.
Think of what-ifs and throw out ideas that might be ridiculous or
10 minutes later you might say that’s a ridiculous idea, but it opens
you up to be able to brainstorm and play with it.
Don’t take life so seriously.”

Let’s walk through an example of this. When I say “money”,
what is the first thought that comes to your mind?
Is it something like, “It’s always such a struggle”,
or is it something more like, “There is so much
money to go around and I always receive the perfect
amount that I need.” I bring up the example of money
because most people feel that if they just had enough money
for ______ (you fill in the blank), that my life would
be healed, all would be perfect.

What’s your immediate thought or sentence that runs in
your head when it comes to money? Be open and be
honest with yourself. Say that sentence out loud.
Now close your eyes and let yourself see when you
first believed it. Create a movie out of it. Who was
there? What were they wearing? What were they
doing? What were you doing? What was being said?
What happened?

Now look at yourself at the age you were then.
Look at the person or people you were interacting with.
What do you think was going on for them when
they said those words? What was going on for
you when you said those words? Can you see that
those words had no power over you then? Can you
see that you can chose to release those words so
that they no longer have power over you now?

See the situation, see the words and say out loud:

“I now release you and command you to the sun to
be re-polarized for the highest good of all. I am
light and I command this now.”

Take a deep breath and notice how you feel.
Keep doing this for any other memories
associated with that event. Do this until
you feel lighter.

I have used the example of money but you
can use this for any other area of your life -
health, relationships, career, fears, etc.

Keep clearing them out.
