I know that I have talked about this before and I
believe it is important to talk about it again.

In You Can Heal Your Life Part 1 we talked
about becoming aware of your thoughts,
becoming the observer. In Part 2 we looked
at where a limiting belief came from and I
showed you a very powerful and simple
way to remove that limiting belief. Let’s
now fill it with a belief of your choice.

Affirmations are simply positive statements.

Now that you are becoming aware of your thoughts,
you now have the power to chose different thoughts.

Let’s walk through an example of this. When I say “money”,
what is the first thought that comes to your mind?
Is it something like, “It’s always such a struggle”,
or is it something more like, “There is so much
money to go around and I always receive the perfect
amount that I need.” I bring up the example of money
because most people feel that if they just had enough money
for ______ (you fill in the blank), that my life would
be healed, all would be perfect.

Life is a series of experiences that take place.
I believe that we have pre-chosen them for
our own growth.

“No way!” you say. There is absolutely no way

my finances (or lack thereof), my health,
my relationships, my family, my job, and on
and on.

You are spirit living in a body on a planet.
You are pure energy.

I am by no means the first person to tell you this.
There are many teachers and even movies now that
speak of this. Even the scientific community, via the
language of Quantum Physics, now openly speak
and researches this.

If we agree that you are spirit, or let’s call it energy,
in a body then it would be very limiting to assume that
you are the only form of energy/spirit. There are many
different vibrations of energy with us on this beautiful
planet we call earth. Some, as you may have heard, are
called entities.

What is an entity? An entity is very simply another form
of energy. Some may call it a spirit, a ghost or lost soul.

There are so many wonderful teachers now.
There seems to be more teachers than ever before.
Are they needed? Why is there more people
teaching about spirituality and self growth
than ever before? Are people just out to take
your money away?

The fact that there is an incredible increase in the
number of people teaching
is a great indicator that we are living in times
of great change. We have all come here with specific
gifts to contribute to each other.  Each one of us
is unique and yet the same. You have unique capabilities
that I may not have and I have other capabilities that
you may not have. We are each different. What we
are drawn to is different. The way we learn is different.
The way we listen is different.

We often spend a lot of time trying to get to the root of
anger. Many who start on a spiritual path all of a sudden
think that it’s something that they should no longer have.
Let’s get this straight right away. Anger is a human emotion.
As long as you are living on a body on this planet in this
current reality you will experience anger.

There are so many issues related to anger.
I’d like to touch on only one of them for  now.

Anger is not the root of the situation, it’s the response.

In observing my little one today I noticed something that
I think we all do. She was so tired that it didn’t matter
what I said, she just couldn’t hear me.

I realized how often I do that myself. I bet  you do too.
Remember those times when you are so tired but
just keep pushing through? I realized then that when
we do that we are actually too tired to listen to
the answers the Universe has for us.

When my little one finally took a deep breath and
accepted the loving arms that were open for her,
things became easier. She was enveloped in loving
arms that wanted nothing but to make things easier
for her and to make her happy.

Isn’t it amazing how the Universe/God is the same
way? Thank you my little one for reminding me once
again to surrender and let the Universe make things
easier again.

Wow. We just finished our call on “From Confusion to Clarity”
with our good friend Franco DeNicola. I hope you were
there to.  It was a pretty deep level conversation
about what is really taking place in our lives and on
the planet right now.
