Masterpiece Life

Life is a Masterpiece

Life is a Masterpiece. You are here to create your
life’s Masterpiece. This is not a statement to bring
anxiety, depression, frustration or anger because
you are not where you would like yourself to be in
life right now.  You are a Masterpiece. The very fact
that you exist right now is incredible. You have this
gift called life what do YOU want to do with it?
Life is a Masterpiece, you are a masterpiece.

You were born a Masterpiece. There is nothing you
need to learn or do that will change that fact. Unfortunately
we seem to forget this at a very young age. It’s easy to
see how this happens. As a mother of three young
children I can already see how my children are
forgetting this. My husband and I are very aware
and yet there are so many times we say “no, don’t do that”,
or lose our cool and get upset with them.
Many of those times are for the children’s safety and
other times it’s because we are human and can’t handle
in the moment the energy and commotion the children
love to create.

I see how easy it is to forget that you are a Masterpiece
if you don’t have someone constantly reminding you of it.
I know I didn’t have that growing up just as many of
you didn’t either. That’s fine. Our parents did the best
they could with what they had. Now it’s time to remove
those limiting beliefs.

How do you create a Masterpiece Life?

First by being aware – by noticing the thought, the belief
or the feeling. Then by checking in with it and seeing where
it comes from. This is not meant to have you spend a lifetime
in self analysis but rather as things occur notice them.
Next – let it go. That’s the easy and the hard part all in one.

Often I get asked “But how do I let go? Show me!”
My answer is – you just do. It’s the easiest yet the
hardest thing to do because we have such a history
and so many stories tied to that belief. That’s ok.
Be gentle with yourself. Do one step at a time.
As you do you will find that you begin to feel
lighter and lighter. Things may still happen, but
they just don’t have the power to affect you like
before.

Now you are on your way to living your Masterpiece
life. Now you will know that Life is a Masterpiece.

The more I learn about how the body and mind works- and the connection between the two, the more I marvel at how wonderfully made we are.

Letting go is a curious thing. We hold on so tight, but really all we are holding on to is illusions and memories. Actually, as I write this I realize that the idea that we can hold on is really the illusion.

Thanks gorgeous. I know the Sedona method & EFT very well.

me to talk about it too.

Very interesting reading….what is the Sedona/EFT method? Thanks.

    Hi beautiful Pam,
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. If you go up to YouTube you will find lots of videos.
It’s a tool for looking at what “is” and then letting it go. You tap along specific meridian lines on
the body while repeating “Even though I have this …., I love and accept myself” You can fill in the
blank with any physical issue (i.e. headache, shoulder pain) or any emotional issue (this anxiety, this fear, I’m really
upset with Billy, etc). I’ve been using it and teaching it for over 6 years.
I’ll do a more indepth post about it soon. As a matter of fact I was just thinking of staring some
    online classes with it.
