Deep down all we ever want is to be happy.

Appreciating what we do have is one of the keys to happiness and allowing your life to be the Masterpiece it was created to be.
Does this mean that you are always happy? No. But, more importantly it means that you have the key to finding happiness when you are feeling lost. It means that in any situation you can start to list the things that you appreciate and are grateful for. It will shift how you feel. Try it. Take a minute and say out loud or write down 10 things that you appreciate in your life right now. Notice how you feel when you look over your list. Then take a couple of deep breaths and notice how you feel again. Are you a little more peaceful? Are you a little less stressed? Are you a little less anxious? Do you feel more relaxed? If you are, then know that you are accessing the happiness within you. The beauty is, it’s always there for you to access when you are ready to open to it. Try it. It works for me every time and I know it will work for you.
