I have "cleaned out" and gotten rid of many things over the last couple of years (tip: consider hiring an organizer and remember you can write off some of the expense if you have a home office/business! PLUS you'll get much needed assistance & encouragement from a professional) and feel much better, and there is more to do. Everytime you do a "purge" you will feel lighter and more peaceful & joyful as you said Antonia. Travel light (thru life, lol) and your journey will be more effortless & enhanced. One thing that I've also done is COMPLETELY detached from all my material things; this has brought me GREAT freedom - remember "you are NOT your things, you are SPIRIT", we have ALL we need INSIDE of us, do not look outside of yourself for things, people, food, etc. to make you happy. *PEACE,JOY, HAPPINESS are an inside job!* (when we go we take NOTHING with us except our SOUL and what kind of person we were!)):- WOW, another fantastic piece of wisdom Antonia, THANK YOU dear one!
