I enjoyed watching the video and it seems truly calming…I wish I could be there with you guys experiencing this energy – I live in Florida. I currently practice Yoga at my local library every Saturday and I just love it

Hi beautiful Sophia,
The Reconnection is trying to roll out as many Reconnective Yoga classes as possible.
There will be a training for the first time for Yoga teachers in LA this year.
Keep checking The Reconnection’s site and I’m sure there will be one soon
in Florida.

This sounds great! Combining a technique to allow the energy of the body to flow better would only assist the practioner to connect and provide a better channel for the Reconnective flow.
